invalid refunds
On April 27th and 28th, the bot made some unexpected transfers. This was the last thing which motivated me to start rewriting the bot software to a new version. In the next few days after the testing complete, I will replace the bot infrastructure under minnowvotes.
The invalid transfers recorded and will be taken from the next bids from the accounts which had these amounts.
The bot will send messages on particular transactions to those, who have this balance.
To be clear when the new version starts it will send the amounts to those who have this balance.
I hope this effort will make the service more stable with a less missing refund, and double order.
