Beam Weekly Development Update March 2020

Weekly development update from Alex Romanov, Chief Technical Officer of Beam. This week, we discuss tasks completed and in test phase, including our Web Wallet release, which like desktop and CLI wallets, also utilises the SBBS system. Our wallet channels are all implemented via SBBS push, without sending your wallet IP to any centralised server.
