The good and the bad
I believe that when you train consistently, many positive things can happen to your mind and body. Among the physical benefits, your physical appearance improves, your health improves, and in my case, my sleep routine improved dramatically.
Mentally speaking, training has greatly improved my mental health, and I've found peace of mind at the gym.
Speaking of the negative aspects, although I feel my physique has improved significantly, I now feel like I'm suffering from body dysmorphia.
Creo que cuando uno entrenas de forma constante pueden pasar muchas cosas positivas en tu mente y cuerpo, entre las cosas positivas físicamente hablando tu aspecto físico mejora, tu salud mejora y en mi caso mi rutina del sueño mejoro al 1000%.
Mentalmente hablando al entrenar siento que mi salud mental mejoro mucho y encontré paz mental en el gimnasio.
Hablando de las cosas negativas a pesar que siento que mi figura ha mejorado mucho ahora siento que sufro de dismorfia corporal.
