Today was one of those days when I missed my family the most, as we used to watch the World Cup together.

My dad is Portuguese and of course we’d support his country once again, but sadly they lost to Spain in today’s match. 😭💔

Even though I was at work, I was following the match very closely until I had to head home. I missed everything from the 55th minute onwards, and when I got home, I found messages from my friends (Messi Lovers) teasing me because Portugal had been knocked out, so it was really sad.

Did you also have faith in Portugal, like my family and I did? Or were you sure they wouldn’t get past Spain?

Hoy fue de esos días en los que más extrañé a mi familia ya que solíamos ver los mundiales de fútbol juntos.

Mi papá es portugués y por supuesto que apoyaríamos una vez más su país, pero lamentablemente perdió contra España en el partido de hoy. 😭💔

A pesar de estar en mi trabajo, estuve muy atenta al partido hasta que me tuve que venir a casa. Me perdí desde el minuto 55 en adelante, y al llegar a casa, me encuentro con los mensajes de mis amigos (Messi Lovers) burlándose porque Portugal había quedado eliminado, así que fue muy triste.

¿Ustedes también le tenían fe a Portugal como mi familia y yo? ¿O estaban seguros de que no iban a pasar contra España?
