Unlearning Bad Anger Response
I grew up in a society that feels like another world entirely. The way people think, understand each other, how they joke, play, or respond to others is just different, especially in this aspect of life I am currently living. Bad anger response, in my nm own perspective is something we learn from
An experience or from someone, I don't think these are hereditary.
I am really optimistic about what the future really holds for me, this is a real true statement that has been reassuring me from my anger response, I am a guy who, when I get angry, loses control when I was young, so many advice and many things I broke or ignored. Because I grew up in a society where I got to see people stab each other especially when they get angry at each other which is really sad and very painful for real.
I remember when I was 12, I watched a house neighbor the elder brother and younger brother where fighting ‘ the younger brother went to break bottle and stab the elder brother on the face and also stab his stomach, the guy adrenaline was high so he was still standing and really angry, you won't believe the mom was supporting the younger brother in this kind of fight. Even I being young at that age i underood rhay was really wrong. Very very. So many encounters of atreet that I can't even share them all. I am grateful for people who trained me, they didn't train me to be distracted by street lifestyles. They saw I grew up good and wanted me to continue being this good and I will forever be grateful to them all.
Honestly. Most people ignore the danger of not understanding ourselves in terms of this anger issue for real it can be really dangerous. One major way I have kept my calm in controlling this aspect is to be myself and not let anythingnoverwhelm
Me regardless of whatever is happening around me. Yes I get angry sometimes but the truth is that I am
Always watchful of the way I respond to this anger in me and for real I have been really watchful and this has been helpful so far.
I chose this topic because I can still remember some of my regrets in terms of anger but it's not compared to what some other people have done in this life but if we fail to notice our limit in this aspect it can be really dangerous and affect our growth.
When I am angry especially intensely, I get to play a song and relax my mind, this is one way I stay reserved and relieve myself from thoughts and stress around me.
In conclusion, if we have learnt any negative anger response we need to unlearn them as this can affect us not just now but also in the future.
