Hello Hive, you can call me Mika

It has been at least two months since the first time @meno my friend and neighbor told me about this app. He insisted and insisted, almost weekly, that I should join. Lately he seems to not take a no for an answer, so here I am, please send help.

I'm a mechanical Eng. but these days I work in many different things. You could say I have done it all. From working with my hands under the sun, to working in an office computer for hours until my eyes and back hurt.

I'm soon to be a father, something that feels overwhelming but also exciting. An experience that I thought would never come, but I'm now looking forward to getting to meet my daughter. fFun fact: It should happen any day now.

We currently live in a very peaceful place, and its one that I think will inspire a lot of late night writing. For a really long time I have enjoyed doing philosophical explorations, but aside from sharing them with friends, I have not committed them to any sort of publication. This changes today?

Not that I could promise any type of content here specifically, but I do promise I will try to never be boring. It could range from me holding myself back from running over someone who can't drive to save his life, to a picture of my cat. A russian roulette I guess.

My sincere hope is to learn about this place, the tech, and the possibilities, and I hope that @meno has the patience and time to help me become proficient at using Hive.
