UNIVERSITY STUDIES / ESTUDIOS UNIVERSITARIOS

My days have been strong, I enrolled in the University, I decided to continue my gastronomy studies. That's why I haven't written here for a while, but I'm back, of course it won't be so often anymore because I'm officially a university student.
--Mis días han sido fuerte, me inscribí en la Universidad, decidí seguirr mis edtudios de gastronomía. Por eso no he escrito durante un tiempo acá, pero ya estoy de vuelta , claro está ya no será con tanta frecuencia porque soy oficialmente estudiante universitario.--

These last few weeks have been very active, both in my work and in my studies, because I am adapting to this new stage. For me it is not easy, I am not used to this world of the university but I am enthusiastic and eager to finish.
--Estas últimas semanas han sido muy activas, tanto en mi trabajo como en los estudios, porque estoy adaptándome a esta nueva etapa. Para mi no es fácil, no estoy acostumbrado a este mundo de la universidad pero estoy entusiasmado y ansioso por culminar.--

It is an initiative of the Simón Rodríguez Experimental University since it is the first time they have done this in the country, because in Venezuela there was no Gastronomy degree and now I belong to the first cohort.
--Es una iniciativa de la Universidad Experimental Simón Rodriguez ya que es la primera vez que hacen esto en el país se, porque en Venezuela no existía la carrera de Gastronomía y ahora pertenezco a la primera cohorte.--

I confess that I am nervous but I have good teammates, who support me to keep going and since it is online it has been easier for me even when the internet does not collaborate at times. I have already delivered 3 activities, I have had to read a lot and next week I have to present, that has me under pressure, I hope I have done well.
--Confieso que estoy nervioso pero tengo buenos compañeros de equipo, que me apoyan a seguir adelante y como es on line se me ha hecho más fácil aun cuando el internet no colabora en ocasiones. Ya he entregado 3 actividades, me ha tocado leer mucho y la semana que viene debo exponer , eso me tiene presionado, espero haverlo bien.--

I am struggling to improve and evolve as a professional and it is an honor to be one of the first to graduate in a new career in the country and it is a huge advance for Venezuela at a gastronomic level, that makes me feel proud and so far I am encouraged by this new experience. Wish me luck.
--Estoy batallando por mejorar y evolucionar como profesional y es un honor ser de los primeros que se graduen en una carrera nueva en el país y es un avance enorme a Venezuela a nivel gastronómico, eso me hace sentir orgulloso y hasta ahora estoy animado con esta nueva experiencia. Desenme suerte.--
