Error in pob

Good morning guys .
If you noticed it's been a while I dropped a post on this platform it's actually due to some certain reasons . I was actually blocked from logging in to my proofofbrain for some while before I felt it was due to the rules I broke and I accepted and waited for a long time before I was released and yeah I felt I deserved it fine but for the past couple of weeks now I've been minimizing my post because I don't wanna end up breaking another rule . I did everything right but I have been unable to transfer my pob for some weeks now and I don't know why . Anytime I try transfering to a friend it always pop this up

It isn't my first time of using proofofbrain to transfer pob so I'm surprised when it started popping this up any time I try it . At first I felt it was my network that was bad or probably the proofofbrain website having some issues but after trying it in different occasions and places I realize it wasn't my network or the website because a friend transfer his pob right in front of me and it worked out pretty fine @scholaris and @calumam I don't know what to do pls . And if I should try it after the first trial it will popup this also

If I had broke another rule I'd like to know and if it's a punishment I'll feel better knowing but right now I'm left in the dark and I don't know what to do
