Oh deer!

Hello everyone!

The first chapter of #thestoryinseries is coming along and will be on your screens shortly. I know you've been anxiously waiting for it! 😜

And now that I said "anxiously", there is a video about anxiety going around Facebook for some time now. It makes a good job presenting the dreadful situation that people with anxiety disorders find themselves in. But what's more important in my opinion, is that some of the aspects of anxiety presented in the video, affect us all in our everyday lives. And it's not always easy to see that. Actually it's usually difficult to recognize these patterns, unless someone points them out. So here is the video. You might find it helpful.

And if you find yourself feeling a little anxious here are a couple of pictures of a deer by a beautiful hollowed tree, taken during an excursion on Mount Parnitha, near Athens. He just stood there, inviting us to admire his beauty and imprint it on our digital media, as well as our minds.
