EXCUSED FROM JURY DUTY
October 26, 2017. Today I was excused from jury duty.
How I did it:
1st. I said "The Georgia Constitution says I have the right to freedom of conscience."
2nd. I said "The Georgia Constitution says I have the right to freedom of religion as long as it doesn't disturb the peace.
3rd. I said "St. Matthew chapter 7 verse 1 says, Do not judge.
I also went on to explain that passing judgement that would cause someone to go to prison could bring hardship and suffering upon others that don't deserve it , especially family members.
