3. Look at the Chart and Zoom in the All Time High (ATH).

4. Look for the Current Price.
   Example:
   Bitcoin price now(6-21-2018) is $6,781.06

5. go to: https://www.skillsyouneed.com/num/percent-change.html
   Put:
   New Number: Current Price
   Original Number: All Time High

Example:
New Number: 6,781.06
Original Number: 20,078

You will get:
This is a decrease of 13296.94
a decrease of 66.23%

That is the % Discount 66.23%.
