Hello Hello my distinguished friends of #hive! a very effusive greeting and full of much affection to all the great family of Hive Open Mic! It is a great pleasure for me to participate again in the 278th installment of this great compendium of talent, which invites us to share and enjoy all its participants, now with the theme of "funny song". A fantastic theme, which as soon as I read it I related it to the song "el espanto", a very well known song in Venezuela thanks to the original interpretation of the group "Carota, Ñema y Tajá".

"El espanto" is a traditional merengue from the central region of Venezuela, a very popular song among Venezuelan children. Because of its lyrics, rhythm and jocularity, it is part of the school repertoire and has become very popular due to its chorus that encourages the participation of the public. I always remember with affection the choir of my school, where this fun song is performed. Undoubtedly this song is part of great unforgettable moments of my childhood. That I now share with you taking advantage of the weekly theme of Open Mic. I'm really sick vocally but nothing stopped me and I decided to sing for you.

"El espanto" es un merengue tradicional de la región central de Venezuela, una canción muy popular entre los niños venezolanos. Ya que su letra, ritmo y jocosidad hace que no falte en el repertorio escolar y haya calado fuertemente por su coro que incita a la participación del público. Siempre recuerdo con cariño el coro de mi colegio, en dónde interpreta vamos está divertida canción. Sin duda alguna ésta canción forma parte de grandes momentos inolvidables de mí niñez. Que ahora comparto con ustedes aprovechando la temática semanal de Open Mic. Realmente ando muy enfermo vocalmente aún así nada me detuvo y decidí cantar para uds. Les comparto su letra:
