Hive Open Mic week 154- "Mi perdición" original song by @melor9
Estoy muy alegre de volver a cantar para ustedes. incorporándome a la temática de "Comedia Musical". Decidí participar en esta semana número 154 de este gran concurso con una canción de mi autoría, que la relaciono directamente con la mencionada temática: "Mi perdición".
Ésta canción es muy especial para mí. Tuve oportunidad de grabarla profesionalmente en un estudio y pude editarla para que fuera el sencillo promocional de mi proyecto musical "Carmelo con Karburo" en 2016. Un disco digital disponible en Spotify, Amazon, Itunes y Deezer.
Puedo decirles con franqueza que la canción la relacioné con la temática semanal con facilidad. La experiencia de grabar esta canción fue muy divertida. De hecho ni pensaba tener una canción que representará mi disco entonces. La compuse en un momento importante de mi vida justo cuando me iba a casar. Pero no es una canción de amor para dedicar a tu media naranja jejeje Pues la letra trata del cambio que representa para un hombre pasar de soltero a casado. La letra me surgió justo cuando le informé a mis amigos que me casaría; entonces todos comenzaron a bromear y quejarse de que el matrimonio es bonito, pero que implica luego no tener potestad a la hora de decidir, tampoco de salir a ningún lado sin permiso.
Eso me causo mucha gracia entonces decidí ponerle una letra a un género musical tradicional del oriente Venezolano...la "jota carupanera".

I am very happy to sing for you again. joining the theme of "Musical Comedy". I decided to participate in this week number 154 of this great contest with a song of my own, which I directly relate to the aforementioned theme: "My downfall".
This song is very special to me. I had the opportunity to record it professionally in a studio and I was able to edit it to be the promotional single for my musical project "Carmelo con Karburo" in 2016. A digital disc available on Spotify, Amazon, iTunes and Deezer.
I can honestly tell you that I related the song to the weekly theme with ease. The experience of recording this song was a lot of fun. In fact, I didn't even think about having a song that would represent my record then. I composed it at an important moment in my life just when I was getting married. But it's not a love song to dedicate to your better half hehehe Well, the lyrics are about the change that going from single to married represents for a man. The lyrics came to me just when I informed my friends that I was getting married; then everyone started joking and complaining that marriage is nice, but that later implies not having the power to decide, nor going anywhere without permission.
That made me very funny so I decided to put a letter to a traditional musical genre from eastern Venezuela...the "jota carupanera". >I hope you enjoy my participation accompanied as usual with my #fourVenezuelan. A hug for everyone!
