Hello friends of Hive as promised I share with you some pictures of yesterday at the Festivities for the day of Las Mercedes.

In this series you can see faces full of hope or sorrow with a candle in their hands asking for clarity in their thoughts, in the path or in the decisions to take, but always making the LIGHT present for what they see.

Hola amigos de Hive como les prometí les comparto algunas imágenes de ayer en las Festividades por el día de Las Mercedes.

En el municipio de la Habana Vieja se encuentra la Iglesia de las Mercedes, una de las más visitas por el pueblo Cubano, debido al proceso de transculturación está Virgen del Catolicismo se convierte en Obbatalá en la Regla de Osha o Santería en ambas prácticas se representa vestido de blanco.

En esta serie se puede observar los rostros llenos de esperanzas o penas con una vela en las manos pidiéndole claridad en los pensamientos, en el camino o en las decisiones a tomar, pero siempre haciéndose presente la LUZ por qué los vea.
Espero que estos rostros les permita compartir la devoción que siente el pueblo por esta Santa o Deidad.
