Baking Tips part - 2

Some Baking Tips:

  1. Liquid material is soft to cakes, but the quantity of ingredients should be kept properly or the cake will not be well.

  2. Baking powder, baking soda reduces the effectiveness of the skin. It is better not to stay for more than 3 months. So if it is not too frequent, then it should be bought a lot.

  3. It is better not to use baking soda instead of baking soda and baking soda instead of baking powder. Both do the same thing but one thing is not !! To switch this, science should have a very good occupation. Nine cakes made of so much trouble can be totally wasted in taste / textures.

  4. The exact measurement of each ingredient is very important. For this, it is very important to use at least meager cups / spoons. If you have digital skin scales, it is better. Measures of cup / spoon Measurement cup spoon in the recipes available on YouTube / YouTube.

  5. Bursting on the peak. If the temperature of the oven is high / Pan is small, it may be like this.

  6. All things like eggs, milk, butter, etc. are room temperature. Do not be cold / hot.

  7. Remove the pan from the pan immediately after the cold. Do not go out in hot conditions.

  8. Do not waste too much time on the oven. Do not forget to tape before baking.
