Celebrating International Womens Day

On March 8th, 2024, I had the privilege of standing before a remarkable audience of young women at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, Ghana. It was a momentous occasion as we celebrated the incredible achievements of women in our society and embarked on a journey to empower them for the future.

As a guest speaker for the conference organized in honor of International Women's Day, I was deeply honored to contribute to this special day. My presentation focused on the theme of embracing digital transformation and harnessing the power of technology to unlock new opportunities.

I was particularly excited to introduce the concept of web3 and blockchain technology, with a special emphasis on the Hive blockchain as a transformative platform. It was inspiring to see the women in the audience light up with curiosity and enthusiasm as they explored the possibilities that technology offers.

Empowering women to take control of their digital presence and become masters of their own online world was a central message of my presentation. In a rapidly evolving digital landscape, it is essential for women to seize the opportunities that technology brings and to chart their own paths to success.
