Wednesday walk in the park

Walking after work is a relaxing routine for me, and of course I always do it in my favorite park in the city. Not only is it close to home, but it's also perfect for a long, enjoyable walk. I've mentioned it before: it's Castrelos Park.

The weather was perfect for a family outing, with bright sunshine but cool air. It was already time for school to let out, and parents often bring their children to this park.

Flowers are a must in this park. Even though spring is long gone, this park has flowers for all seasons, so you'll find flowers all year round.

Of course, it's also a great time for adults to ride bikes.

The ponds offer a great diversity of life and sound and a very lively landscape for photography lovers. This is where I take most of my bird photos.

These trails surrounded by trees casting shadows on the ground are a great backdrop for photos. Walking along them fills me with calm and connects me with nature. I love losing myself in their silence, feeling the fresh air, and enjoying these walks that give me peace and energy to recharge for the day. Tell me, don't these trails make you feel calm?

Of course, sitting next to a stream makes you want to lie down and take a nap, lulled by that relaxing sound, but remembering that I have to get home to prepare lunch makes me lose all inspiration.
