Trees.
Mountains.
Seas.
Land resources.
Mineral resources.
Renewable resources and so many that you can find in Africa ๐
When you come to Africa you will witness so many types of food's, you will see mountains with different shapes nice for side seeing.
We have seas, that Chanel to any country across the globe ๐.
We are also blessed with landed properties; enough land that can accommodate anything you want to develop.
We are also equipted with minerals resources enough to satisfy our want.
In Africa nothing is considered a waste; when you called it a waste, a real African man can take it and construct or discover another thing out of it. So anything in Africa is renewable.
Now, let's go to the main reason for this blog.
Today i want to talk about Walnut and some things you need to know about it.
Let me show you a walnut planted in my farm.
What is walnut?
Walnuts are single round-seeded stone fruits that grow from the wall tree.
Without a wall theirs no way you can harvest a quantity products out of it.
My walnut grow so big that I have to construct a pole and some rods on top of it, to assist the walnut spread wherever it wish to.
If you look closely, you may see a constructed rods on the pole; that assisted the walnut to spread besides the wall without touching ground and the pole serves as the foundation.
Benefits of eating walnuts:
1. Prevent you from Cancer.
2. Improve sperm vitality.
3. Improve brain health
4. Reduces heart decease.
And so many.........
Don't forget anything that has advantage, has disadvantages.
Side effects of eating excess walnut:
1. Causes weight gain.
2. Stomach ache.
3. Digestive problems.
4. Abdominal bloating.
And so on..........
