Survival at Lower Tiers Easier?

After playing for several days in Survival I have found that the cool down for monsters are not as bad as it seems. In terms of waiting to use cards it is not more than a day for most cards. This is in bracket II.

In fact my worst cool downs are four hours and only three units. Majority of cards are under 1 hour of cooldown.

This has resulted in my playing Survival more often than I initially planned. With ease of use in cards I know I am out of cards when I simply don't have a summoner to use and automatically surrender.

In terms of winning I am still ranked in top 100 but now have a win rate under 70%. Compare to my wins in last season in bracket I it is a bit more difficult and I am near the bottom of eligible players in top 100. I may end up falling near the bottom but believe with less than five days left that I can still hold on to a spot to capture top rank end of season rewards.

Another benefit with playing Survival is that the cool down of cards seem to not factor when playing Modern. I am able to access the same cards in Modern even if I can not in Survival.

For instance I just used Dire Bear in modern even though it is in cool down under Survival with screen shot as proof. This is extremely beneficial as cards can be use in multiple formats.
