Integrated health post (posyandu) is a basic health activity organized from, by and for communities assisted by health workers, Posyandu is one of the Community-based Health Efforts.

Posyandu is a place where there are checks for toddlers and pregnant women, and it is recommended for mothers who still have primary school children to check the condition of the mother every day.

In the examination of pregnant women, usually a check for pregnant women is a condition of maternal pregnancy so that later when pregnant the baby's mother can be healthy and also the child is also healthy

Examination of ordinary children for uminisasi for toddlers and the provision of nutritious bread that is recommended by the puskesmas and bring the sick child to the posyandu so that more conditions are monitored such as fever, so that the children will be seen more if the dengue fever or ordinary fever will be monitored directly by the local village midwife

The conditions they usually see and high blood pressure or go down for conditions can work and can take care of their child in the condition that their child is still attending school, for example such as cooking rice for their children who are still in school
