Hive Summit Aachen - Day 1

After a long trip yesterday from Regensburg to Aachen, Hive summit day one was today :D

Before heading to the meet and greet, @louis88, @detlev and @rivalzzz had to do some final testing for the live stream, including setting up the cameras to make sure that everything is ready for tomorrow.

After finding our way to the highest point of the Netherlands and running around the 3 border point, it was time to catch up with fellow Hivers who were slowly but surely arriving.

Just like at every Hive event, the chaotic, decentralised-minded Hivers created chaos in an organised way. If you've been to a Hive meet-up, you know exactly what I'm talking about. There is nothing better in the universe than finding beauty in the magnificent entropy of amazing people.

After having had enough of the very calming scenery and getting cold because the sun forgot to come out, we headed into the city. We were all hungry, and there is no better place to find food than the Aachener Pontstrasse, which is the famous street in Aachen known for a vast variety of cheap food for students. We are all students of life, so this is indeed a very fitting place for everybody.

MOVIE TIME, for those who didn't show up, you guys really missed out. No sneak peeks are allowed, as it's truly a masterpiece. Make sure that you show up next time ;)

Now that we are all tired, it's time to hit the sack. Behind the scenes, though, I will now go through the presentation as it has to be perfect (in the back of my mind, I can hear @ninaeatshere shouting "perfectionist" hahahaha), but I also have to prepare a second presentation, I found that out today...wish me luck.
