Autocrouch (input.autocrouch "true") is a rust command which is turned off by default. To activate one of the best rust secrets, use either the config or the rust ingame console which can be opened with F1.
You can find the config via this path:
C:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\Rust\cfg\client.cfg and open it with any texteditor.
Like the name implies, autocrouch makes you crouch automatically.
Here is a quick overview (0:16) of situations it can be of use.

1. Quality of life - 0:48
2. Escape hatch roof traps - 1:09
3. Underwater entrances - 1:35
