☕ Hora del Té || Tea Time

Desde hace algunos meses he optado por intercambiar de vez en cuando el café por té e incluso he optado por los tés antes de dormir porque siento que me ayudan a estar un poco más relajada. Lo cierto es que mi necesidad por comprar cajas de té con mayor frecuencia surgió cuando gracias a Made descubrí que las bolsas de té de la marca Lipton traen mensajitos motivadores consigo.

¿Sabes lo genial que resulta abrir la bolsita y leer el mensaje que depara para ti el destino en forma de té? ¡Es algo que no tiene comparación!

Además, esto de cierta manera me inspira y despierta la creatividad ya que suelo coleccionar fragmentos de mi día a día para luego incluirlos en el recap del mes en mi Bullet Journal o simplemente hacer algo de Scrapbooking en mi Art Journal. Desde el boleto de cine para una película que deseaba ver, el boleto de un concierto o la bolsa de un caramelo exótico que probé y me gustó mucho...todos estos son recuerdos de algún momento que vale mucho la pena mantener vigente. Lo mismo ocurre con los mensajes en el té porque puedo estar de muy mal humor o bajoneada, pero leo ese corto mensaje y siento que el día mejora así sea un poquito.

Supongo que esto también forma parte de romantizar un poco la vida.

For the past few months I have opted to exchange from time to time the coffee for tea and I have even opted for teas before going to sleep because I feel that they help me to be a little more relaxed. Plus, it kind of inspires me and sparks my creativity as I collect snippets of my day to day life to include them in the recap of the month in my Bullet Journal or just do some scrapbooking in my Art Journal. From the movie ticket to a movie I wanted to see, the ticket to a concert or the bag of an exotic candy I tried and really liked...all of these are memories of a moment that are worth keeping alive. The same goes for messages in my tea because I can be in a really bad mood or down, but I read that short message and I feel like the day gets a little bit better.

I guess this is also part of romanticizing life a little bit.
