Kira-kira
When the golden sunset rays kissed the sea waves,
making them sparkle like glitters.
“Kira-kira”, I would say.
When the camera flashes on the jewelleries,
Making them shine the brightest in a dark room.
“Kira-kira”, I would say.
And when her tears roll down her cheek,
still, she shines the brightest with her smile.
“Kira-kira”. I would say.
There are pretty things in the dark.
Things that gleams when shined with warm lights.
“All that is gold does not glitter, and not all those who wander are lost. So smile, you will shine too”, she said.
Glittering. Shining. Sparkling.
She is the most beautiful sparkling thing I’ve seen that night.
