MAN VS LOO ROLL - Daily training 2 / 30
My daily training challenge continues with some fun! Doing something entertaining takes the stress away from training hard all the time, that's both physical and mental stress. When you love martial arts as much as me you need a way to keep your mind fresh while still doing something to improve your skills.
Take the loo rolls and stack them to a height that's challenging for your kicks. What's easy for one is hard for another, so keep it realistic but also challenging, I think that way is the most fun!
I started by increasing the height one by one, each time knocking the top roll off with a roundhouse kick. Then when I got to my maximum I had to kick them all off in a row, one by one! I had no idea how far I could go, it was fun and refreshing!
It's for sure going to be one I'm taking to my students. I've always found that when people enjoy their training they do it a lot more often.
My #martialarts friends on here, I want you to have a go and upload a video too, it's just for fun!
If you know any fun martial arts or fitness challenges, let me know and I'll put them into one of my routines.
