Pictures Brings Memories

Greetings everyone,
I'm glad to participate in this Hivestudent Weekly Prompt.

People often say that pictures speak louder than words, and I completely agree. Pictures bring back beautiful memories we’ve shared with our friends and families. Each picture carries a story, a feeling, and a reminder of how far we’ve come.

This picture reminds me of my matriculation day a few years ago. I was so happy that day, wearing my matriculation gown with pride. I couldn’t believe I had gained admission that year, not to talk of actually doing matriculation. It was a dream come true. I met new friends that day, and it was full of joy and laughter.

This picture is when me and my roommate went to the mountain for a hangout in 100level days. That time was December because I remembered very well that we are about to travel for the Christmas festival and on that day we just finished our first semester examination and just flexing around it was a nice memory.

This next picture is from our Costume Day. That event was one of the best in that year because everyone dressed in creative and funny costumes. I chose to dress in Agbada because I love old-fashioned styles. The whole day was filled with joy, laughter, and beautiful moments.

The last picture is from my sign-out day at the university. That day brought mixed emotions of happiness and a bit of fear. I was grateful to have completed my studies, but I also worried about life after school. Our seniors had told us many times how tough it could be, and I couldn’t stop thinking about it. Thankfully, my friends encouraged me, reminding me that God would see us through. And today, I’m grateful to say that we are all doing well.
