My Actifit Report Card: December 8 2019
Stella T. Dog and I went for a pretty long walk today. That was definitely the bulk of my steps today. We wanted to get out of the house for a while and let Ida T. Dog rest at home.
Unfortunately, Ida isn’t doing so well right now. It’s too soon to say for certain, but this may be the end of the line for the poor old girl. She’s 11 or so, 12 in April. Sadly, that’s up there as far as dogs go. It’s really not fair for them. They truly appreciate life and deserve to get to live more of it.
I’ll be off work and keeping an eye on her.
Aside from that, I’m currently in the first day of a planned fast. Feeling pretty good so far. It’s been about 24 hours.
