I wrote this back in 1986. It still feels good to sing it...almost 35 years... later.
I keep reminding myself that Rumi (born in 1207) is the best selling poet in the English language 800 YEARS after he SANG his poetry. So if you're reading this in the far future remember to have a little patience for yourself... but don't die with your song still in you.
