its military style of eating, the food served on the table with banana leaves (but for us we used aluminum foil as we cant find banana leaves in supermaket) the riced place in the middle and we put on the top and side of the rice the other dish (fried chicken, spam, hotdog, embotido, egg, tomatoes and cucumber) and we used our hands to eat no utensils allowed.
