Saludos amigos de esta comunidad, un gusto saludarles deseo que pasen excelente fin de semana, por mi parte hoy decidí salir un rato a distraer mi mente, últimamente no me he sentido muy bien. Desde que pasó lo del terremoto siento que mi ansiedad aumentó y aunque trato de desconectarme un poco de las redes igual me salen algunas noticias, he estado haciendo otras cosas como tratar de concentrarme en los estudios, en trabajar pero son varias situaciones que me ponen a pensar tanto en lo personal como en lo que está pasando en el país.

Greetings to friends in this community; it’s a pleasure to say hello, and I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. As for me, I decided to go out for a while today to take my mind off things, as I haven't been feeling very well lately. Ever since the earthquake, I feel like my anxiety has spiked; even though I try to disconnect from social media a bit, news updates still pop up. I’ve been trying to focus on my studies and work, but there are various situations—both personal and regarding what’s happening in the country—that are weighing heavily on my mind.

Saben que a veces es agobiante trabajar y trabajar y sentirse estancado, puede que sea uno de los motivos por los que me sienta desanimada, pero se que todo va a mejorar para bien confiando en Dios y saliendo adelante todos los días, así que hoy me fui con mi esposo a dar un paseíto por el parque, tenía rato que no lo visitaba es que ya ni ganas de salir tenía, así que me arreglé temprano antes que cortaran la electricidad y nos fuimos.

You know, sometimes it’s overwhelming to just work and work and feel like you’re stuck in a rut; that might be one of the reasons I’ve been feeling a bit down. But I know things will get better if I trust in God and keep moving forward every day. So, today I went for a nice walk in the park with my husband—it had been a while since I’d visited, mostly because I hadn't really felt like going out at all. I got ready early, before the power went out, and off we went.

Al llegar al parque noté el área algo abandonada, no sentí la misma emoción de cuando estaba pequeña y mis padres me llevaban y no es porque sea adulta si no que ya no se ven los mismos colores o hasta la recreación ha disminuido, pero a pesar de todo decidimos sentarnos a respirar, ver el cielo y los árboles, este parque me trae muchos recuerdos de mi infancia y adolescencia con mis amigas.

When I arrived at the park, I noticed the area looked a bit neglected; I didn't feel the same excitement I did when I was little and my parents used to take me there. It’s not just because I’m an adult now—the colors don't look the same, and even the recreational activities seem to have dwindled. Still, we decided to sit and breathe, gazing at the sky and the trees; this park holds so many memories of my childhood and my teenage years spent with my friends.

Había un calor terrible, así que solo duramos unas 4 horas allí, pero al menos tuvimos una charla agradable y pudimos tomar varias fotos para mí álbum de recuerdos, desearía volver de nuevo y ver el parque más arreglado y bonito para quienes nos gusta visitarlo.

It was terribly hot, so we only stayed there for about four hours, but at least we had a pleasant chat and managed to take several photos for my memory album; I wish I could go back and see the park looking tidier and more beautiful for those of us who enjoy visiting it.

Con esto sé que no debo dejar atrarparme por mis pensamientos y emociones, y que debo tratar de salir más y ver lo bonito que es el mundo, además de compartir con mis seres queridos. Gracias por leer, nos vemos en una próxima oportunidad.
