I'm an outgoing and confident woman. I've been very outgoing and confident all my life, ever since I can remember. I love socializing with those around me. One of my standout skills is that I love dialogue and always participate in gatherings where I can discuss a topic of interest. My friends and new acquaintances love talking to me. They say I have a good sense of humor, that I'm never angry, and that one of my defining qualities is that I always respect everyone's point of view. This has led me to be an empathetic woman.

I'm so extroverted that it's easy for me to start a conversation with people at a meeting where I'm present, and suddenly the connection is made. For me, that magic is like a natural gift. People who know me say I'm charismatic, a guide, a conciliator, spontaneous, and always full of energy, adapting quickly to any external situation..

In the workplace, it's served me well, and I've managed to mediate in workplace conflicts, both personal and professional. I'm authentic, genuine, self-confident, and very outgoing. And it's worked out very well for me; it's a natural gift, a trait of my personality, and I know how far I can go without overdoing it. This way, I'm happy surrounded by people who love and value me.
