Worry

The eagerness

Matthew 6:34 So do not worry about tomorrow, because tomorrow will bring his eagerness. Enough every day your own

Matthew 13:22 He who was sown among thorns, this is he who hears the word, but the eagerness of this age and the deceit of riches stifle the word, and it becomes fruitless.

The anxiety.

1 Peter 5: 7 casting all your anxiety on him, because he takes care of you.

THE MAIN INGREDIENT OF THE REST IS FAITH

The message they heard (the good news of entering the rest of the promised land) was of no use because they did not join in the faith those who had paid attention to that message.

Faith is a window through which you see God work.

And thus be able to rest from your works.

THE OTHER ESSENTIAL FACTOR OF REST IS OBEDIENCE.

Let us strive, then, to enter into that rest, so that no one falls by following that example of disobedience. Hebrews 4:11
