Hola comunidad de full deportes, soy Marco Rincón y en este vídeo les traigo mi progresión o camino a sacar el truco Swing 540, espero les motive.

	Mi experencia

Este truco es uno de los mas vistosos en el mundo del Freestyle - Street Workout a lo que a mi conlleva, a parte de eso visualmente se ve super complicado ya que implica dos trucos en uno, son el 180 + uno de 360, todo esto acompañado de un buen balanceo que sucede en 2 segundo en el aire , al principio no lograba coordinar lo que era agrupar los brazos para lograr mas velocidad y las piernas que te ayudan para terminar de girar el truco, pero con el pasar de las semanas e intento tras intento, poco a poco iba logrando caer mas con vista hacia la barra dándome esperanza en conseguirlo.

Ya cuando iba quedando poco a poco mirando mas de cara a la barra es momento de soltar los brazos y buscar tocar así sea con una mano después de agrupar los brazos, esto me ayudo a ganar trayectoria en el movimiento y por supuesto girar la cabeza para saber en donde estas ya que este movimiento tiene sobre giro, tiendes a perderte en el espacio, esto se pierde practicándolo una y otra vez el proceso puede que sea para algunos mas fácil que otros (no fue mi caso) :) .

Ya lo que quedaba era lo mas corto pero a la vez lo mas difícil que es agarrarse el truco, como en todo truco hay que dar un voto de confianza y tener un poco de valor, ya cuando tienes la técnica y sabes que es lo harás, hay que lanzarse con todo y apenas tus dos manos toquen la barra aferrarse con mucha fuerza, y sin mas esa fue mi experiencia en esta meta que me tenia trazada conseguir.

What was left was the shortest but at the same time the most difficult thing to do is to grasp the trick, as in any trick you have to give a vote of confidence and have a little courage, when you have the technique and you know what it is, you will do it. , you have to launch with everything and as soon as your two hands touch the bar hold on with great force, and without more that was my experience in this goal that I had planned to achieve.

A pesar de la complejidad que tenia al principio con el 540... y sin mentirles dude muchas veces si me agarraría, pero a veces eres tu mismo el que te colocas obstáculos en el camino, solo practica y esfuérzate porque recuerda que todo esfuerzo trae su recompensa y te aseguro que si yo pude se que sin duda tu también podrás, solo confía en tu progreso y a trabajar.
