Doing brain exercises
These days I felt chest pains, and I didn't feel well, so I decided to start my exercise routine. With the pandemic, many people are locked up at home, and that is what happened to me. being sedentary we have a higher risk of suffering atherosclerosis, hypertension, and respiratory diseases. I spend a lot of time sitting at my computer working, and then housework. but I didn't take time to go out for a walk.
More than half of the population of my city has these problems lately due to not going out due to the pandemic. This has consequences for the health of citizens, some of them are:
Weight gain or shortness of breath. the heart is used to working in mid-gear
I have been walking 100 meters for several days and cycling in exercise areas. I keep track with my fitness relog. and in the end I have the training of the day in Daily Telos
Is very useful to see how long you have been doing the same exercises and to know when it is time to switch to a different routine. this encourages me every day.
