My Actifit Report Card: July 7 2026

Hey Actifitters,

The heat was back yesterday but it wasn't the worse yet, and we could still enjoy some sunny moments outside. Le Chat for sure enjoyed her time on the deck out back.

When the sun was already well started on its descent, we started our walk to the small forest behind the front yard.

Like I always say, the sun setting through the leaves is always one of my favorites.

And Kaia was all in, she rushed through the forest, completely forgetting about her painful leg.

Le Chat has been a bit too lazy to join us in our walks recently, but yesterday she decided to wait for us at the edge of the forest. She also took the time to munch on some of the weeds out there.

We added a very short loop in the neighborhood because I still had a meeting to attend at 8pm. Just enough time to admire the beautiful late afternoon clouds.

That meeting was surprisingly short, so we had time to go for a second quick walk as it started to get dark. Besides the very last sunset colors, it wasn't very photogenic though.

And that was it, another weekday routine kind of day, but with 2 separate walks, it wasn't too bad. It's going to get hotter and more humid, so we'll see how the rest of the week goes.
