My Actifit Report Card: June 13 2026

Hey Actifitters,

Yesterday was another kind of routine day. We got up late but a bit earlier than most Saturdays. That wasn't sufficient, our activities started quite later in the afternoon. As usual, Kaia was up for a long walk, while Le Chat was more on the "Let's take it easy" side.

So we left without her and headed to the small forest.

alt

Kaia was like 'can we go in, please??...'

alt

And of course we did. I know she isn't making much progress with her injured leg, but we can't completely stop our walks.

alt

During her exploration, she found a few interesting places, this one looked like some kind of den or burrow.

Then while both Kaia and Le Chat got some rest (yes Le Chat already had plenty of rest, but for her, the more the be better!), I went for a run. It was hot and humid, and my motivation wasn't really high. But it was a decent 8+ km around 6 min/km. With two short walking breaks and considering the hot weather conditions, I guess that's not too bad. I still can't step up my training, still only one run a week. That's just not enough!

And that was it, final step count was around 25k but Actifit only got about 19k, that's a bit frustrating but at least I'm aware of the problem. I never relied on Actifit for accurate step counts anyways. It's just that this is the main source for several competitions including poprzeczka and macfit.
As always, thanks for stopping by and see you tomorrow.
