Saludos queridos amigos de Hive Food, El día de ayer tuve el gran privilegio de conocer un restaurante con un concepto diseñado bajo un menú libre de gluten, aditivos, azúcares, y lactosa, este espacio gastronómico se encuentra ubicado en la Torre Calicanto 1 en el sector de Calicanto. Conocí el lugar gracias a un amigo que se llama Gerardo el cual tenía unos cuantos años sin visitar, fue una visita fugaz, realmente no fue nada planificado, por lo que todo lo que verás en el video es totalmente improvisado.

La generante del lugar es muy amable, me explicó el concepto de comida sanadora y saludable que promueve el establecimiento y me invitó a degustar un exquisito Te de KomBucha, como no había almorzado, me animé a probar las famosas empanadas que venden ahí, acá en este corto video les comparto un poco de la experiencia.

Greetings dear friends of Hive Food, yesterday I had the great privilege of knowing a restaurant with a concept designed under a menu free of gluten, additives, sugars, and lactose, this gastronomic space is located in the Torre Calicanto 1 in the Calicanto sector. I met the place thanks to a friend called Gerardo who had a few years without visiting, it was a fleeting visit, it was really nothing planned, so everything you see in the video is totally improvised.

The owner of the place is very kind, she explained to me the concept of healing and healthy food that promotes the establishment and invited me to taste an exquisite KomBucha tea, as I had not had lunch, I decided to try the famous empanadas that they sell there, here in this short video I share with you a little of the experience.
