The Satoshi Consensus
Satoshi Nakamoto cared so much that he allowed 51% of network participants to sort of reverse transactions when something goes wrong, which is today considered 51% attack due to the belief by some that bad actor with 51% control can take advantage of the feature. But this is not really possible as Bitcoin nodes will need to give the consent.
If Satoshi had continued with the Bitcoin project he most likely would have allowed transaction reversal but with the consent of the majority under a short space of time. The issue of blacklisting scam addresses would most likely be addressed too via consensus
