We always react in ways, I believe, that are beneficial to us.
For avoiding pain in the immediate moment, as opposed to foreseeing pain in the future.
We nullify what we feel. Put our blinders on, only to look in hindsight going "If only I would have known.."
And is it a Cliche', really, if I state "Everything happens for a reason" if there's a lesson in the cliche'?
What if we were to say, all cliches had meaning? That they, in brief, are the lessons we only gather when we are wise?
What if I told you, one day, You would Thank your Pain?
Would you believe me?
