We just wanted to give you some details on what has been going on, to reaffirm our confidence in the future of our company, and to emphasize that Edward Patrick Roworth is playing no part in our company.

Our founder, Walter Gomez, has formally announced his pursuit of legal action against Edward Roworth and Jaspal Singh Arri. The action seeks recovery of $1 million claimed by Gomez and his associates following a transaction begun in 2015 and only partially fulfilled.

Having documented an extensive campaign that Roworth waged against him, Gomez decided on the aforementioned legal action, to be followed by an international action in London. These pending legal actions seek full compensation for the $1 million agreed upon by Arri, acting as Roworth’s agent, and for damages commensurate with the libel directed against him. In conclusion, there is no reason for any sort of anxiety regarding our company’s future. Edward Roworth is completely uninvolved in what we are doing, and we are pursuing all legal means to see that he is brought to justice.
