Domingo Picadillo Llanero 🍲.

Saludos para todos, que tengan un hermoso día. Este fin de semana estábamos en esos días de no querer cocinar. Queríamos comer sopita dominguera (día domingo), es decir.

Fuimos a comer al un restaurante llamado El Caney Guayamuri. Tenían parrillas, picadillo llanero y cachapas,etc... Comida 100% Criolla.

Nos tomaron el pedido y definitivamente fue una buena opción.

El picadillo es un plato típico del llano y las cachapas ni se diga. Aparte de que su elaboración, tanto del picadillo, como de la cachapa, no es fácil de hacer.

Muchas personas creen que sí, y no es así. Es bastante laborioso.
El picadillo consiste en tener mucha carne picadita asada y plátano o topocho y, si se pasa la cocción, queda muy espeso, lo particular de esta sopa es el sabor a leña de la carne y se impregna en el caldo espeso.

Y la cachapa también tiene su técnica, no en todas partes la saben hacer. Aquí en la Isla me ha había acostado a que me gustara alguna, de los sitios que hemos ido. Esta me gustó bastante aparte que el servicio es generoso.

Este día sentí que me había comido una muy buena comida. Yo soy llanera, por eso lo digo.... Salimos, satisfechos de la comida y de la atención en el restaurante.

El ambiente es muy agradable, una zona muy fresca, con mucha vegetación, El Tirano, av. 31 de Julio. Via playa el Agua. Estando dentro del restaurante, al mirar hacia la parte de atrás, se ve el Bello Guayamuri. Una montaña que embellece a la isla de Margarita y además pulmón vegetativo.

Fue uno, de esos fines de semana, que el cuerpo te pide que no hagas nada... Hay que descansar para reponer energías.

De regreso después de comer ...el cuerpo pide reposo... camita. A descansar y organizarse para comenzar la semana con mucho ánimo.
