UDUK RICE

At this time, I did breakfast at a place to eat close to where I work. Today I ordered uduk rice, because this menu is suitable for breakfast. You need to know that nasi uduk is authentic food from Indonesia.
At first glance, the appearance of uduk rice is not much different from white rice in general. But when tasted, uduk rice has a savory taste and a little salty and a little oily.
The savory taste of uduk rice is produced by coconut milk, salt, and spices which are steamed with rice. This breakfast menu is usually also served with side dishes such as celery, tomatoes, cucumbers, chili sauce, fried beans, crackers, eggs, and seaweed. To complement the uduk rice I chose to add fried chicken, it is my favorite menu.
Usually, most people order uduk rice with additional rendang gravy, a good choice and delicious combination too.
