Hola amigos de Hive y amantes de la comida! Espero se encuentren bien.

En esta ocasión les traigo una receta de galletas de Mantequilla sencilla que hicieron bajo supervisión mi hija Melanie y mi primo Ythan.

🔪 MATERIALES 🔪

•250g de Mantequilla sin sal.
•200g de Azúcar.
•1 Cucharada de vainilla.
•550g de harina todo uso.
•1/2 de Sal.

🍽️PASOS PARA LA ELABORACIÓN 🍽️

Iniciaron poniendo mantequilla y azúcar en un boll y lo mezclaron.

Luego le echaron la harina previamente cernida y procedieron a mezclarla.

Pasaron a colocarlas en una rejilla arreglada con papel aluminio.

De a poco les fuí dando pedacitos pequeños para que ellos la hicieran bolita y así colocarlas a la rejilla.

Ya todas las bolitas listas, lo lleve al horno previamente calentado a 180° y la dejamos ahí durante 15/20(esto va a depender del tipo de horno que se use y del tamaño de las galletas)

Las dejamos enfríar y listo!

This time I bring you a recipe for simple Butter cookies that my daughter Melanie and my cousin Ythan made under supervision.

🔪 MATERIALS 🔪

250g of unsalted butter.
•200g of sugar.
•1 spoon of vanilla.
•550g of all-purpose flour.
•1/2 of Salt.

🍽️STEPS FOR THE PREPARATION 🍽️

They started by putting butter and sugar in a bowl and mixing it up.

Then they added the previously sifted flour and proceeded to mix it.

They went on to place them on a rack fixed with aluminum foil.

Little by little I gave them small pieces so that they could make a ball and thus place them on the grid.

Once all the balls are ready, take them to the oven previously heated to 180° and leave them there for 15/20 (this will depend on the type of oven used and the size of the cookies)

Let them cool and done!
