My workout plan day 1

Hey steemians,
For this month’s workout plan
I’ve decided to workout differently
...meaning...I would
workout out for 5 whole
days and take 2 days off.
I won’t be telling
anyone about it, directly.
I’m pretty sure @pouchon is going to
find out, but the thing is he is only
going to find out through this post.
And my lil bro @lilpouchon knows
already since I worked out
with him today.
I’m going to keep it low key from my
family just to see how that would affect me.
My mom might find out when I ask her to
buy me certain stuff,
but I won’t make it obvious.

For today here was the plan:
