My Actifit Report Card: January 6 2019

Good evening everyone!

Today was a beautiful day, full of work, family, home and a little of sport.

As usual, I walked a lot:

• I walked at work;
• I walked with the children;
• it was a beautiful, challenging day!

A hug and a greeting to all... and do not forget to play sports and to walk a lot: it is important for your health and that of your families, your children.

Oggi è stata una bella giornata, piena lavoro, di famiglia, di casa e un po’ di sport.

Come al solito, ho camminato parecchio:

• ho camminato al lavoro;
• ho camminato con i bambini;
• è stata una giornata bella impegnativa!

Un abbraccio e un saluto a tutti... e non dimenticarti di fare sport e di camminare tanto: è importante per la tua salute e per quella delle vostre famiglie, dei vostri bambini.
