Google doesn't appear in "search engine" results

In recent years i have observed a strange situation about Google. When write "search engine" keyword in Google search box, you cannot see any "Google" or "google.com" result in first page. It is around 10 years i observed that situation and check it at least 5-6 times in each year. Is it normal or not? Google's SEO settings not able to appear in "serach engine" search results?

Son yıllarda karşılaştığım ilginç bir durum var. Google'da "search engine" yani "arama motoru" yazdığınızda, çıkan ilk safada google'a dair herhangi bir kayıt/sonuç çıkmıyor. Muhtemelen 10 yıl oldu bu durumu gözlemleyeli ve her sene birkaç defa kontrol ediyorum.

Bu baist bir SEO ekiskliği mi yoksa orda farklı bir durum mu var? Hala emin olamıyorum :)
