HafSQL public node update

A notice to people using the new HafSQL node hafsql-sql.mahdiyari.info:
There is a minor breaking change incoming. The following functions don't exist anymore:

hive.operation_id_to_block_num()
hive.operation_id_to_type_id()

They are moved under a different schema hafd:

hafd.operation_id_to_block_num()
hafd.operation_id_to_type_id()

To not break any existing apps I did setup a secondary node for you to transition your apps:
hafsql-sql2.mahdiyari.info

This applies only to the apps using the above functions. Since the change is minor I'll give 7 days for you to transition. After 7 days the hafsql-sql subdomain will switch to the new code with the mentioned breaking changes.
