It was meant to be goodbye, but it was not,
our souls unleashed a fire,
ravenous, consuming everything in its path,
burning in a frenzy like no other.
Hearts beating out of control,
Rampant in their fervent longing,
the sun longed to illuminate the seed
of a dawn that saw us reborn.
And that moon, peerless sorceress,
conjured up her most sincere charms
to extend the night a moment longer,
holding our love in her arms.
Farewell that became a new beginning,
bonfire of passion, love without vice.
