Korean Corn Dog

Hola Hivers! Siguen siendo dias difíciles por acá, ya les había contado en el post anterior, pero aún en ese tiempo donde las cosas no salen como queremos, hay que buscarle sentido y motivación.Salí a caminar un rato, pues en casa se me hace difícil descansar, así que caminar despeja mi mente.

Hi Hivers! It's still hard days around here, I had already told you in the previous post, but even in those times when things don't go as we want, we have to look for meaning and motivation, I went for a walk for a while, because at home it's hard for me to rest, so walking clears my mind.

Recordé que no había comido gran cosa y eran pasadas las 4:00 pm; no quería algo healthy, ni postre, mucho menos café.

Seguí caminando y terminé justo en un local nuevo del vecindario que no había visitado.Es una franquicia local llamada Asian Bakery Gourmet que tiene como propuesta comida popular de China, Japón y Corea. Es un lugar simple, pequeño, minimalista. Vi en su vitrina de corn dog y dije: "Esto no lo he probado" y, segundo, es lo suficientemente simple y divertido para subir el ánimo.

I kept walking and ended up right in a new place in the neighborhood that I had not visited, a local franchise called Asian Bakery Gourmet that offers popular food from China, Japan and Korea. It's a simple, small, minimalist place. I looked in their corn dog case and said, "I haven't tried this," and secondly, it's simple and fun enough to lift my spirits.

Yo elegí el que es mitad salchicha y mitad mozzarella; esto lo había visto como lo preparaba en un programa de variedades llamado Jinnie's Kitchen donde el actor Park Seo Joon era el encargado de prepararlo para el restaurante, elegí de cobertura pasta de ramen y lo básico con las salsas ketchup y mostaza. Luego decidí ponerle un poco de salsa picante para darle un giro a la trama. El empaque en el que lo sirven es adorable pero simple, la cobertura bastante delgada y con densidad suficiente para acompañar el relleno, el queso hacía hilos, así que era divertido.

I chose the one that is half sausage and half mozzarella; I had seen it prepared on a variety show called Jinnie's Kitchen where the actor Park Seo Joon was in charge of preparing it for the restaurant, I chose ramen paste and the basics with ketchup and mustard sauces. Then I decided to add a bit of hot sauce to add a twist to the plot. The packaging they serve it in is adorable but simple, the topping quite thin and with enough density to go with the filling, the cheese made strings, so it was fun.

El empaque en el que lo sirven es adorable pero simple, la cobertura bastante delgada y con densidad suficiente para acompañar el relleno, el queso hacía hilos, así que era divertido. Mientras comía, lo disfruté mucho y olvidé por un rato la preocupación, así que los objetivos fueron logrados.

The packaging they serve it in is adorable but simple, the topping quite thin and with enough density to accompany the filling, the cheese made threads, so it was fun. While eating, I enjoyed it a lot and forgot for a while the worry, so the objectives were achieved.
