LSI is Locally Stranded Individuals.
When the pandemic started travellers were categorized one of those is LSI. These are people who were stuck in the area due to lockdown but actually live somewhere else.
And I came across this schedule of a shipping line.
I thought these would help a lot of travellers. This is the schedule of Roble Shipping. Mostly they cater to Cebu-Leyte destinations.
